Temetra sought help at the Texas Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants for her daughter, whose misaligned jaw caused discomfort and limited her ability to smile fully. Dr. Anver carefully evaluated her condition, explained the treatment process with patience, and performed wisdom teeth removal as the first step toward realigning her jaw. Temetra was impressed by the compassionate, personalized care, including a personal follow-up call from Dr. Anver, which exceeded her expectations and solidified her trust in the center for oral surgery needs.

Some of the issues that she was having, we would notice that she never really smiled. She never gave us a genuine smile. It was always what we thought was a fake smile. And what she eventually told us is it was because of her jaw. Her jaw hurt to do a complete full smile, and so that was the first step to make us go to the oral surgeon to see what we could do to fix it for her. So we were referred here and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Anver, they they evaluated them. I did not know 100% what to expect and with my daughter’s jaw being out of alignment I didn’t know how it would affect him removing those teeth, because of the way the back of her jaws were aligned. So he spent as much time as we needed to answer my questions, to answer her questions, and just the fact that he was engaging and that he was not like, “oh God, this is a waste of my time answering this young lady’s questions”. He received her questions and he was very patient in explaining it to her.

Dr. Anver: As a part of that first process to get her what she needs, we took out her wisdom teeth and made sure that everything was healed appropriately to get her ready for the next step.

Temetra: Well they said that someone was going to call and I never in a million years would have expected Dr Anver himself to call (laughing). I assumed he was going to be one of his assistants, but he called personally and I thought that was fantastic. It was way beyond what I expected. I would say Texas Center is the place to go, without a shadow of a doubt. If you have oral surgery needs this is the place to come. They will go above and beyond. Really, really above and beyond. Make extra phone calls. They will call you. They will check on you. They will give you a care package. They will do whatever they can to ensure the comfortability of their patients.

I would say Texas Center is the place to go, without a shadow of a doubt.
