Video Testimonial - Dental Implants

Wayne: I had a crown and it was falling off. There wasn’t much of a tooth left for the crown to hang on to so it was constantly falling off. I was concerned about swallowing it. I was seeing my regular dentist and they said that you’re going to need an implant and a crown so at your tooth will work sufficient. So they referred me over here, and I did have some reservations, and then when I finally made the phone call and came in then it was, you know, a great experience. Obviously coming through the door and checking in with Cooper, you know, she’s awesome you know you think you you know her and she made me you know she had great personality greeted me told me it would be a couple of minutes. Asked me if I wanted something to drink. Sat down went back and after meeting Dr. Vickers and then I went with Sarah to go over a little bit about the cost of the tooth or the internal financing. Each individual did their part and I thought it was quite picture perfect.

Dr. Vickers: So we looked at Wayne’s options. We talked about the available treatment, and ultimately he was a great candidate for removal of the tooth and immediate implant placement. Wayne came in for surgery. We carefully removed his tooth. We were able to place the implant at the same time, and this allowed him to get a new tooth in this area as quickly as possible.

Wayne: So when Dr. Vickers went over the procedure; one, I liked him as an individual, he was very personal, he kind of took away some of those anxieties. I felt very comfortable. He knew what he was talking about. You know they did the mapping of my mouth and and after spending some time with him I was very comfortable. He walked me through the time period of the extraction, the healing, and then coming back in having the testing to make sure it was ready for the crown. It was really a lot simpler than what I thought it was going to be.

Dr. Vickers: Wayne did great. He got his crown. He’s able to eat the foods he wants to eat. He doesn’t have to worry about other teeth shifting around and he’s super happy.

Wayne: Oh, it’s after meeting Dr. Vickers and being educated on the procedure of having an implant, if I ever needed another one, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If somebody asked me about implants, I would say that you would have to meet Dr. Vickers. In my profession, in anything, I like to know the best. When people ask me my opinion, I like to steer them to the best, and Texas Centers is the best.
